Hi, I’m Daniel

I've spent 15+ years across sales leadership, enterprise-wide sales enablement, and organizational development — leading outside and inside sales teams, running district-level sales operations, and advising senior leaders directly on structure, talent, and change as an organizational development management consultant. Along the way, I've carried revenue and program accountability at various levels, including leading enablement work that measurably improved performance and business results. That range is grounded in formal training: a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the science of work and human behavior, and certification as a change management practitioner through PROSCI.

Now, I’m leveraging my academic training and business experience with Esquer Performance Group to help companies align workforce development, organizational structure, leadership coaching and sales strategy so growth doesn't outpace what's holding it together.
